After discovering the antenna, press RT and ask if the power can be turned off.
After the dialogue, press Down on the D-Pad to switch characters, and Y to switch the lights to daytime mode, creating a brief break in the power current. Press Up on the D-Pad to switch back, and after a second or two, when the B button icon becomes fully visible/bold, press B.
Be careful not to press B when it first appears in its greyish/semi-transparent form, or you'll accidentally grab the antenna while the current is still flowing. |
