Do not get discouraged. It took me probably over 200 tries.

tips-

1-let ramon go ahead of you to knock any blocks
2- slow down before a jump, then RT it and if need be 'A' to jump
3-if level 9, I only needed to jump on the first ramp.
4-center yourself on the ramp, otherwise when you land, you crash
5-when you get a good hoop stunt, your meter runs full. run it down below half, if you dont get a full meter on the next stunt hoop, you didnt do it well enough, start over.
6- achievement will pop right after last perfect hoop stunt, so you dont need to finish the race
7 good luck. my game is now floating in the river, next to Mafia 2

i had to jump for almost all of them other wise i would crash
