doea anybody know how this achevment is done? is it done troughout one campaign or a seris of campaigns and also are you able to get this achevemnent online |

Series of campaigns,from what I can tell. I've beat the game twice (once in Legendary and again in Heroic) and it combines both scores, as well as any individual level I may have gone back and replayed, in the options/extras section of the main menu. |

It's cumulative. All of it. Each level, even if you only replay one level over and over. |

Obtain a "LIFETIME" Campaign Score over 1,000,000.
It keeps track of your lifetime score in the battle records. This is the total score of all missions you've completed. |

I've got about 960,000 points on easy, 80,000 points on normal, and 10,000 points on heroic but still no acheivement. |

To see it got to Options and Extras then service record and then it should say your score near the top. |

Easy. Just play through it initially, then go back for skulls, black boxs, and achievements, then go back for gold medals and by then you should have enough points. |
