You'll have to press X on a database when prompted and bleep-bloop 20 gamerscore. Happy Hunting.

I don't know if it actually makes a difference, but the time it popped, I deliberately let Cortana finish speaking before activating the terminal, and I didn't touch the terminal upstairs first.
