Just hold off with opening the parachute as long as possible. You may want to restart the mission, (which is when you first jump out the chopper), as you will be a long way behind in the race when you get to the boat. |

You don't even need to be that close to the water, I got this on my first try. |

| Comment #10 by slostenracing Monday, December 05, 2011 @ 02:32:59 PM Not gonna guarantee this as I haven't tested it but I tried this a ton of times and finally got it to pop, nothing seemed too special from other attempts but when I was just going through the stats looking for something else I found a stat for "Dist from ground before opening chute" in the Score category, mine is 96.34ft, so it's possible you have to open it 100 feet or lower (the 4 ft wouldn't have made a noticeable difference in my attempts) |

 | Comment #18 by NinjaMinMin Friday, December 14, 2012 @ 06:11:50 PM This one is quite easy once you know how. Simply go to the helitour and get a helicopter, (make sure you're wearing a parachute.) Then fly up as high as you possibly can, jump out and as you jump out watch the black lines on the radar. (Sorry for the most untechnical term ever. It basically shows how high you are.) As the black line is close to the bottom of the radar open your chute and you should get it pop up straight away. |

I don't recommend doing it like how I did but just keep on trying. I think near Happiness Island is a good spot. |
