almost didnt get this one i used a cheat in one of the levels that i just hated doing over. said in the top this achievement got blocked due to that. luckily i went back to dashboard before i saved and went to do it and got it.whewww. |

islands unlocked to achieve this ...achievement |

#5, it is possible after story, ive just done it.
Very tedious, gutted to find out there was 10 people per island, i was satisfied getting 10 for 1 island |

and also, call dwayne for backup on the ones where there's a crew of guys you have to take out. they won't do much else, but they do distract them to make it easier on you. |

Yes, I also want to know if this can be done using cheats. there's a forum of achievements and cheats that block them and they didnt mention this.... But upthere is a comment that is confusing. Have anyone get it with cheats on? |
