Just keep phoning Little Jacob and taking him places and eventually he'll let you buy guns from him :) |

Doing his missions and hanging out with him boosts his fondness of you. Eventually he'll offer you his services. |

Okay so im on my 3rd playthrough (yes i enjoy playing it over, ive always done it with all the gta's after a certain amount of time :P) and i figured it would be good to get his ability available as quick as possible, as soon as the delivery missions opened up i did all of them, im at 90% respect with him but still no option for this so im wondering what the actual trigger is, must be a certain mission level aswell. |

Nevermind ignore me, i read like as respect and forgot they were seperate stats, my like isnt high enough yet so thats it, dont have the friend missions from him yet either so this one will have to wait lol |
