  • How to unlock Classic

This is the difficulty you should be playing on from the beginning. It really isn't all that hard and if you be smart about the situations you are faced with in game you could potentially complete the game without alerting any guards other than the ones you have to deal with. Be sure to make use of any body armor you come across as it is essential for your survival.

The very last boss may be an absolute pain for some people here are some tips and a video walkthrough to help you out:

    • Right before the battle be sure to take the Terralite III and the PT9 Interdictus that are hidden in the weapon boxes.
    • Don't forget the body armor on the floor!
    • As soon as the battle starts run to the right behind the metal railing and shoot 006 until he drops down.
    • Once he drops run all the way around to where he was and camp outside in the corner and wait for the enemies to come to you. Once you clear out most of them start shooting 006 again.
    • Once the helicopter comes quickly run inside and then back out because the helicopter will dissapear from that location.
    • When you do enough damage to 006 run like hell for the elevator and get ready for one last quick time event. As soon as it is completed you will be rewarded with every difficulty achievement.

  • I'm confused. Does this mean there are side objectives or is this another way of saying "beat the level" ?
  • I'm thinking there will be. In one of the previous video for this game, the gentleman mentions that you can take the "stealthy" route or go in guns blazing. I'm thinking that some objectives may require the stealthy approach but not require players to do so, unless of course you want to go for all of the achievements. I plan on it! :P
  • Missions can be completed but some objective are not necessary to complete them if that makes sense
  • Unlocking this will also unlock the other completion achievement's.
  • I am working on this achievement currently. Just to clarify, you have to complete all the objectives, including the additional objectives, for each and every level before completing the level itself. I hope that makes sense!
  • You have to complete all the objectives even the "optional" ones as people seem to refer to them. The difference between Classic and 007 is that Classic you do not regenerate health, you must pick up body armor like in the "Classic" version of the game for 64.
  • any1 doing a walkthrough?
  • How do you know what Levels you have already done on a particular difficulty. I cannot see anything that shows it.
  • "How do you know what Levels you have already done on a particular difficulty. I cannot see anything that shows it." When you select mission, or Mission Select, it will state information near the bottom: 1. Highest Level you've completed the mission on. 2. Janus Emblems found.
  • This isn't insurmountably difficult as long as you're at least a little stealthy. Take out as many guys as you can covertly because if you alert them, you'll be rushed by (in some cases) upwards of 20 guys, which will pretty much kill you. Also, armour is your friend. If you get ripped apart before you find the first flak jacket in the level, do yourself a favour and respawn a checkpoint since some areas almost mandate that you take an unavoidable whooping, and if you hit that with one tick of heatlh left, you'll likely need to restart the level.
  • Some pointers if you're having trouble: Stay sneaky and use silenced weapons, but keep a fighting gun like a SPAS or a Vector (or whatever this game calls them) around for the major firefights. The edge detection on this game sucks. I have been killed through walls more times than I can count, and have many times shot a guy in the face only to have a bullet hole appear in the air in front of me, and then you get rushed by the aforementioned 20 guys. Just be aware of it and make sure there's nothing even close to being in your way. Be a shameless armour whore. Look everywhere for it. That and some patience should pretty much do it.
  • Did everything on classic mode but I can't get past alec in cradle. Chopper gets me every time. Pretty annoying.
  • im having the same problem can someone help?
  • The Trevelyan fight sucks. The guy is an absolute bullet sponge. After much trial, error, dying and swearing, I discovered that the only way to do it is to shamelessly camp like a girlscout. Any attempt at dogfighting him results in an instant respawn. I beat it by going to the left after entering the room, and go outside on the balcony. Turn left again and hide in the corner. This will give you a line of sight sort of through the door you just came through as well as around the balcony. Now you can poke your head back in the door, and eventually Trevelyan will get stuck in a loop of running up and down the stairs right in front of the door. You can unload into his head as he passes a certain area on the stairs, and again when he is at the bottom. It takes a little bit to find
  • the sweet spot, but it is there. He will have a hard time hitting you. I was using whatever they call the SCAR in this game for shooting him. I tried a cople attempts with the M4 thing too and that works alright as well. After you peg him enough times, he will call reinforcements. Camp with that line of sight I mentioned and pull out a shotgun. Watch the red blips on your radar and flak whoever is dumb enough to come after you. Once you've cleared them all out, go back to the assault rifle and "peek and pop" method to damage Trevelyan more. The 2nd or 3rd batch of reinforcements (depending on how much damage you've done to him) comes with the chopper. The kicker is if you're on the far left side, the chopper can't hit you and won't chase you. You just have to be careful when
  • you peek out to shoot Trevelyan. That's what worked for me, but be forewarned that even this method took me at least 30 tries, as there is definitely an element of random luck at play. Sometimes you get rushed by 5 guys at once while Alec throws a grenade, and that is pretty much it. It will work eventually though. Note that as a proud, card-carrying run 'n gun dogfighter, I fully concede that this is a terribly cheesy way of doing it, and I felt really dirty for resorting to camping "tactics", but nothing else works. He is just too tough and does too much damage to be exposed for mor than 2 seconds at a time. It's genuinely a battle of attrition, but I hope that helps anyone having issues.
  • This has to be one of the harder achievements I have had to get in awhile, Trevelyan is like a bullet sponge. Thanks for all the tips posted here.
  • How the hell is the guy in that video emptying into trevelyan like that? Everytime I shoot him he gets 3seconds of invincibility and a flawless aim, so I have to pop a shot and then dive back into cover! Must be a playstation thing.
  • I maybe only 5 missions into Classic but it's still incredibly easy. I am sure there maybe a few tough moments along the way but besides that, It's not all that difficult. Go to youtube and search up guides for each level, Go after the body armor each time as well.
  • I have no problem during the game....but not able to kill trevelyan
  • Before i finish the game,i restart a level that i finshed before. Can i get the achevement finally?
  • Eurocom deserved to fold for releasing this miserable game. The entire Cradle on 007 Classic is a relentless crapstorm. Not fun. Not engaging. Just over the top uncreative ridiculousness. If you're just starting the game, try 007 difficulty because I don't think the 40 points for Classic is worth the irritation.
