You need to activate the speakers in the Civil War exposition. You can learn history with the content but you don't have to listen to it.
There are 4 to activate.
The first speaker is directly on the right when you enter in the room
The second one is on the left of where you entered
The third and fourth are besides the soldiers on horses that are facing each other in the center of the room.
