 | Comment #12 by Quid Squid Friday, October 21, 2011 @ 08:25:28 PM @4 just set up a private horde match (I did mine on trenches) - insane or hardcore - with super reload mutator and two negative ones (friendly fire, no ammo, vampire, regeneration). Use a second controller to give you their money and ammo, this will also get you other ribbons if you're working on that. Just play until you hit the money for the silverback. If you die while saving money it's ok because you keep you're money earned while playing each round. It might even be a good idea to keep dieing at the last enemy of a wave so you don't have to deal with a boss wave yourself on that difficulty. If you make it easy to kill them, then the game punishes you by making it take a lot longer to rank them up. I start on wave 5, never caring if I die, usually have enough to purchase by wave 7, once you get to wave 9 just keep dying on the last enemy over and over. Start the wave and sink all your cash into silverback repair, with friendly fire on you can actually damage it to help you spend all your cash. You can also repair it with 1 shot bursts if you're working on the fortification medal and get like 20 repairs on it in one go. Once u unlock rockets then I'd personally quit out and restart on casual on wave 1, you should unlock cheevo by wave 20 or so. Takes about 5-6 hours if |

Now turn on Enemy-Regeneration, No Ammo and Only Perfect Reload so when you put all your money into the silverback it only takes around 100 waves or less. You can also play on insane but you should never take the mutations to make it easier because it will slow down the progress of lvling up. If you think I'm wrong than take casual and build a commandcentral and compare it with insane and look how much money you really investigated in it at the achievement list in GoW3 for the commandcentral. (Sry I'm not the king of talking/writing english) |

I was wondering why my Silverback wasn't shooting rockets in Horde, but found out it's because I didn't have 10,000 to spend to truly "upgrade" it to level 3. We're good to go now. |

Im guessing it has to deal with the fact i used my buddies silverback when it was fully upgraded and i didnt have the horde command pack yet! i got 638 kills with the rockets before i downloaded the horde command pack and it shows it in my war journal but its not unlocked. it just says 638/500 kills with rockets and when i installed the command pack i thought " ok it will register the achievement after i do 500 kills with rockets now that i have it installed". Well 2000 rocket kills later it say 2000/500 rocket kills and wont do anything! anyone have any tips? |

It's killing me I have only just got to level 2 and I have everything else full leveled up, I don't think I'll even buy things after I have finally leveled it all up, I never buy fortification for anything other than leveling up other than the odd barrier? |
