Set it to 15 round, set bleed out time to 5, match points 240, and put friendly fire on. Custom your weapons so you have a Mortar, 2 hammer of dawns, and nuttin' else but frags. Let the computer team take the circle and blast them with a mortar or hammer of dawn. Bam five kills and repeat. When your team takes the circle blast them! It clears the circle and the bot team will roll up in the circle again...be patient! It took my 2 hours for over 5,000 kills...

	Comment #47 by Jarhead2700 Saturday, June 18, 2011 @ 10:56:57 AM Longest achievement ever and I'm only on 30,000 but what I've realized is that with the brumok method there looks there is at least 100 locust but when I kill both groups it only gives me around 50-60 kills the ways its going it takes at least 15 tries to get get 1000 kills and it will take at least 150 tries for every 10,000 kills. This is truly a FML achievement.

I think it took me somewhere between 10 and 13 hours of boosting the brumak level to get this. I got locked into a routine and would do nothing else for hours at a time: - Tap back to skip cut scene - walk forward and tap A to remove tutorial window - blast first group of drones - shoot second reaver before it fires - aim to right of second group whilst I wait for shot from first reaver to hit - when shaking from the explosion stops, fire canon and sweep left to hit all drones - start, down, A - repeat until 100,000 kills for fun i got my kill count up to 99,993 then went online for a human 1,000,000. I sent him a thank you message for getting me the last kill.

	Comment #55 by SSJCoble7 Monday, July 11, 2011 @ 09:03:09 PM im working on this achievement now. i find that the chapter The Big Push in the act Tip of The Spear is really good for it. u start on the rig Betty. just go up to the mounted turret and look foward. you will see a whole lot of grubs running out of a bog hole in the ground. just keep shooting at that and eventually a brumak will stand in front of them blocking you. once u cant get anymore just restart the checkpoint and repeat. u can generally get about 50 kills per round of this. it took me about 20 mins to get 1000 kills so its shouldnt take too ridiculously long. good hunting!

Also, Seriously 3.0 will be nowhere as time consuming as this one. It is worth 100g and it is earned by lvl 100 and all onyx medals.

It only takes 1 shot to kill both groups of locust. Aim for the group furthest away, shoot and pull down. Thats 100 kills in 20 seconds.

If you place the missiles in the right place when the locust crest the hill, you'll get 100 kills at the beginning. Then restart and repeat. I earned 6k in about an hour. I did notice a glitch with this method. If I chose restart, everything worked fine every time. If I chose load checkpoint, about half the time the game glitched out and the locust groups weren't there. Weird.

Last night I only play one hour and earned nearly 8k. I'm at 40k now and if I keep this up, should have this achievement in 8 more hours of gaming.

I was like yaa boiiii. Then I gitched this achievement and on a third account and did it for a friend as well. My friend had 80,000 kills and xbox live had one of their fake updates for gears 2 and amazingly erased all his kills and reset his rank to 1. Too funny to glitch something in 2 seconds which takes 20 plus hours to get. With the glitch u can get almost 800 gamerscore in a few mins. party like its 1999,insane campaign,all co op, execution achievements and some weapon kills achievements. Goodluck with it if u do it LEGIT.

I tracked the amount of kills I could get in an hour on the brumak, and counted a little over 6000. I'm at a bit under 30000 total right now, so l'm guessing I'll have 11-12 brumak filled hours to go. Kind of wish I wasn't such a completionist and I didn't have to screw with it.

After figuring that out, I tracked kills over a 1/2 half hr and got 3999, almost 1000 more then before. Also, does anyone else have times when the enemies don't respawn after reloading the checkpoint?. And one time it looked like a bumper and a tire spawned iin front of the first group of locust.
