I'm not sure if this works but it would make sense.
The last level--I notice that if you grow big enough you can end up eating the
large great white shark that passes by. Even though he seems larger than you.
What's more interesting is that doesn't seem to be adding to my growth meter.
This seems like it would be an alternative solution for this achievement maybe. |

When you finish the level, the sharks are listed there and are added to your food bank. I have not seen a confirmation either way. |

i can confirm that eating the king shark does not add to your growth meter but is still counted and added to your food bank when you conplete the level |

I wish there was a counter of some sort. I don't mind doing a little bit at a time, but it sucks when you don't know how far along you are. |

What a boring achievement. I spent hours eating the boss shark and it didn't do a thing. |

You should wait for the game to tell you how many sharks you got credit for eating at the end of the level, you'd be surprised how small that number is in comparison to the amount needed to be eaten. |

Agreed that the shark king not counting is lame but farming level 38 "Shark Reef" is probably the best bet. My highest is 64 sharks but my usual is much lower than that. |

I should be close to getting the "Shark Eater" achievement and can confirm if eating the shark king on the last level is counted toward the achievement. I did notice on the end of the level statistics that shark kills are registering, but we'll see. |

The thing I don't get about level 37 is if you are big enough to eat a shark how are you supposed to die? nothing can damage you so the guide makes no fucking sense. |

I've eaten sharks for hours and hours and never got the achievement. I even switched to level 37 so I knew the kills counted so I think my Xbox just won't register it... It's happened with the intel on MW1 so it seems legit that I'm just not able to recieve the credit I deserve... |
