I got this on the slums level after you exit the first house. Between here and
the mech fight there is a fair few people who stand together, just do it as
point man on recruit difficulty. It takes 5 minutes if that to get it.

I did this on the first level, just shortly after you get the pistol from stabbing the guy in the back. After you kill the guard by the lever, pull it and do a slow mo run to the guys running through the doorway. Best on recruit difficulty.

It's very easy to do on the start of 4th level. Two guys will be walking away from you!!
