Once you burn the 3 trees, you open up another area in the fence where the big barn is (to find the metal making area). Go through the fence and you follow it till it opens up into a circular area with the pot plants and money. Switch to Stewie with the flame gun and torch away. You have to destroy all of them for the achievement to pop.
