	Comment #1 by Bramwell420 Sunday, April 03, 2011 @ 02:14:25 PM Listen to the Distress Signal AS SOON AS YOU PICK IT UP! After I finished "Waters of Life" I did "Operation: Anchorage" and I can no longer get this quest. It seems there's a glitch. Once you pick up the signal, if you attempt any DLC mission before this one, the signal disappears. I do not know how or if you can ever get the signal again, I had to reload an old save to get the achievement. I would still like to do the mission with my better character though, so if anybody reads this and knows a solution, please share it.

	Comment #2 by AtomicThumbs Tuesday, April 19, 2011 @ 08:43:51 PM It's not a glitch. You have to start the quest fairly soon after you pick up the radio signal. Otherwise the signal disappears and you can no longer complete the quest, even if you don't play any DLC.

	Comment #3 by Bramwell420 Friday, April 22, 2011 @ 12:44:29 PM Thanks, I was afraid of that. But it makes sense, I believe most DLCs take at least a month in in-game time to complete. I looked online and some people seem to get the signal back after returning from the Pitt. I feel like that's B.S. but I will hope it works for me since I'm doing that DLC last, as I was told it is the weakest of the bunch. Either way I just hope somebody sees these comments by us b/c I was using this site a lot for this game and I feel like there should be some warning that this achievement IS missable. Luckily, I had multiple saves but some people may not be so fortunate.

	Comment #6 by Pakhair Monday, June 20, 2011 @ 05:56:16 AM Thank goodness I didn't lost the achievement as I didn't had an old save simply there is a limit to complete this mission. If you complete 2 or more missions or spend too much time the distress signal will go away. OR If you start the DLC mission The Pitt or Anchorage the mission won't be available once you complete DLC. So as soon as you unlock this mission, COMPLETE IT without wasting time. There is a solution to the problem, If you buy Point Lookout the Signal will be permanently available

I just finished up Point Lookout and came back to do this...can't do it. :'( I went back and started off in my saves from before I went to Point Lookout and that works but, I lost all the stuff I collected there. :'(

	Comment #8 by InfernalMistres Tuesday, August 07, 2012 @ 01:37:51 PM Ok this is what you do go back in your saves do the quest then continue from your save point that's after the DLC. So, then this quest is like an isolated save aside from your regular game.

Then go back in your saves to before the DLC so you can do this achievement. UGH sorry guys. I screwed myself over on this one and I'm trying to figure out the best way around it for myself.
