Can someone help me here? Is there a way to skip over this mission, because I think I did. I already found the dad and never even seen this mission. Do I need to start over or is there still a way to activate this quest |

I found out that I ended up passing over this, because I got the info I needed in Rivet City to find the father. I got all the way to Vault 112 and realized I did not do the GNR quest yet. When I got there and found Three Dog (and talked to him), this popped. I than got the mission for fixing the satellite at the monument. |
