Play as Reaver, buy the 500 coin thing for being able to kick hoblets, go to Hobbe Caves and keep playing through till you see hobblets and then kick it with A button and then tap X fast as possible and boom, ACHIEVO!

I find Hobbe caves to be a tad more difficult than kicking and shooting them in Millfields. Either works well if you are targeting this specific achievement.
