This is a good guide but its missing the 11th gremlin and he is MISSABLE

The last one is in the mad doctors attic...you can get past it by destroying the bettleworks replicators or reprograming them...if you destory them you get a chest but DONT save jamface and you cant save him later...you need to reprogram the replicators and then you save jamface and get the last one
