	Comment #3 by ThePrince Tuesday, December 04, 2012 @ 01:38:46 PM There is a rule that you cannot make a DLC necessary to play another DLC. Owning a house doesn't require you crafting one, just buying one like all the other homes in Skyrim.

He wonders the town or can be found in the Councilor's house (just left of the jetty that you came ashore on)

	Comment #17 by The Cawsinator Sunday, December 09, 2012 @ 06:10:40 AM @14. i just got the mission from the guard captain to speak to adril arano. it seems that it does not appear directly after march of the dead unless u've done a few side missions in raven rock as well. i just completed the one in the mine (i forget what it was called) and the captain came up to me soon after. i'm guessing it has to do with building ur reputation in the town, which is something adril arano mentions from time to time. hopefully that helps
