	Comment #18 by madman1983 Tuesday, September 04, 2012 @ 06:25:50 PM just built my first house in dawnguard, here is the list for all needed to build the first part of the house (you will find most of what you need in the chest beside the becnh, might need to get a couple of extra iron ingots): house, foundation 1 sawn log 10 quarried stone house, wall framing 6 sawn logs 10 nails house, walls 2 sawn logs 8 nails 4 clay house, floor 4 quarried stone house, roof framing 6 sawn log house, roof 10 nails 1 sawn log house, door iron fittings 1 sawn log lock 2 hinges 2 nails

I am also starting to agree with #19 that the achievo will not unlock unless you build up all the houses with three wings added on.

	Comment #21 by grantandsherri Wednesday, September 05, 2012 @ 07:28:31 AM All three houses need to have East West and North Wings. also they need to have cellars as well. You do not need to furnish the houses. took me a total of around 2 hours cause i had to run around looking for iron.

	Comment #27 by ghost10221987 Friday, September 07, 2012 @ 08:55:50 AM I got it to unlock as soon as I finished the third wing on the third house. I also had all the miscellaneous stuff outside built (stable, smelter, etc.) on all the houses, so I don't know if that might be necessary as well.

Three houses all with three wings, cellars, transformed small house to entry way, all the outside crap, and the entire inside 100% furnished. Walked in and out of all three houses and still no achievement. I think I'm toast on this one.

And i wish you could choose with house got the fish hatchery, bee keeping, and flour mill, but they did add new recipies.

Should check again, I noticed for some reason I can't build a library or something so I just picked storage or whatever. Just make sure all 3 only have 2 options left for East, West and North. If you see 3 options for one wing you missed one.

I don't know what I did differently, but I was walking around one of my houses and it just randomly popped while I was building some shelves. I don't know what triggered it or what took so long but I'm glad it sorted itself out.

What I mean is for example I never build the Storage addition because I don't need it so I always pick one of the other rooms for that wing. Do I have to build the Storage addition for this to pop?

My first house was 100% complete. However, I did (not sure if its was necessary) use all nine wing types across three different house combinations... Achievement popped right up.

You dont need to furnish them or anything, except for one for the adopt the kid achievement of course. I hope it any future DLC's they will add some more customization options for the houses.. and a way to rebuild a wing you dont want.. unless i missed that.

	Comment #42 by zer0daklown Thursday, November 29, 2012 @ 03:52:25 PM i can say that yes this schievment is glitched however i found a way to activate it. you have to go back outside to the small table and rem odel all your entry ways. you also have to build the misc things such as stables, smelter ect.

The only available option is the small house layout and that's it. I currently have one house 100% furbished whilst the second one has no furbishments but all has all three wings. Does anyone know how to combat this problem? Do I need to fully furbish the second house first before moving onto the third house? Please help. :)

You can have anything from a small shack to a giant mansion with your choice of 9 different additions and pick and choose whatever furniture and storage options you want on a room by room basis. What were you expecting? Did you think you were going to be able to draw up whatever house design your wanted and the game would somehow be able to build it?

Should pop as long as you have 3 wings and a cellar for each house. No interior or extra exterior building is necessary.
