Introduction:
Eets: Chowdown is at it's core a puzzle game drawing inspiration from Lemmings, where you must manipulate the main character by positioning items across Eets' path, and activating them whenever needed. Eets only knows how to move forward and, depending on his states of mood, he hops, jumps or changes direction when near a ledge.

Step 1: Playthrough
The simplest way to get the most gamerscore in the main part of the game is, simply, check the solution of every problem, place the items accordingly and play. With minimal adaption you should be able to finish all the levels under par time, granting you 105 by the end of the game.

For the rest of the achievements, the first world should be easy enough for you to get some levels with items left in the item box these are the levels I managed to finish with items left:

Young Grasshoper
Appetizer:
Stage 3, 4, 5, 8

Smore Land:
Stage 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 13, 15, 16, 18

And Many others...

Ten Puzzle Commandos
Smore Land:
Stage 10

Kaboom Desert:
Stage 2, 4, 5, 7, 8

Ginseng Hollow:
Stage 1

Marshomech Lair:
Stage 3, 8, 9, 10, 13

Topsy Turvy World:
Stage 4, 15

Smore Mishmash:
Stage 1, 14,

Twenty Ninja Skills
Smore Land:
Stage 6, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15

Ginseng Hollow:
Stage 7, 10, 14, 17

Marshomech Lair:
Stage 6, 11, 12, 15, 16

Topsy Turvy World:
Stage 2, 3, 5, 6, 13, 16

Smore Mishmash:
Stage 2, 12

Using this listing and some inventive level-solving, you should nail 55 more.

As soon you have the Ginseng Shooter, aim it so you hit Eets until you get the achievement. You must take care because after some hits Eets gets angry, madly jumping from ledges and the Ginseng pushes Eets back, so try to shoot him when he is going towards the Ginseng Shooter so you can control his path. With this, 5 more will unlock.

The final 35 will unlock in the other game-mode, Marsho Madness. In this game mode, you are required to press a combination of keys and shoot the enemies coming towards the center. As soon as you play the first game, 5 more will unlock, leaving the final 30 depending on your skill at this type of game. If you struggle to get 100,000 points, 1 million will almost seem impossible, but just keep trying.

Conclusion
This game is quite simple, with the hardest part being Marsho Madness and its steep difficulty. For the achievements, there are a lot of video guides on YouTube that you can look to for help.

There are 12 achievements with a total of 200 points

  • Solve a Puzzle with at least 1 item left in the Item Box.

You should be able to pull this off as early as Stage 3 on Appetizer. Place a whale exactly where Eets is placed in the air. Then place a whale on the top right corner of the pretty pink tree. Start and use your first whale immediately after starting, to fire away Eets, and then catch him with your second whale. If you miss the puzzle piece reposition the second whale a bit depending on where he landed. This should get you within par as well.

  • Solve 10 Puzzles with at least 2 items left in the Item Box.

Do 20 Ninja Skillz. This should unlock after 10 ninjas.

  • Solve 20 Puzzles with 3 or more items left in the Item Box.

There’s a really good thread here that will help with this. 15 of them are followed by videos made by OniKenkyaku taken from that thread. The rest of them are followed by instructions written by people in the thread.

  • Smack Eets with Ginseng 20 times.

You first get Ginseng at Stage 5 on Appetizer. After you placed everything just shoot 5 times at poor Eets. You can’t complete the stage without shooting him angrier 4 times anyway.

  • Collect every Puzzle Piece!

You get a piece each time you win a stage. So simply complete the game. If you’re having trouble just pause the game and press ‘Show Solution’. I recommend always showing the solution to get the Speed Demon achievement, unless you want to challenge yourself.

  • Collect 9 Puzzle Pieces.

Achieved after completing all the stages in Appetizer.

  • Collect 28 Puzzle Pieces.

Achieved after completing all the stages up to Kaboom Desert.

  • Collect 47 Puzzle Pieces.

Achieved after completing all the stages up to Ginseng Hollow.

  • Complete every puzzle within Par Time.

Easily achieved by showing the solution on every stage. The solution places all of your items and shows a clip of Eets getting to the end within par.

  • Play a game of Marsho Madness!

Choose Marsho Madness in the main menu and start it. You can’t miss it. In the game you enter the button combination above an enemy and press either or to kill it. Every kill gives you a combo bonus but being damaged or pressing a wrong button resets it to 0. You can collect power ups in the same way as killing things. or uses a collected power up.

  • Get a score of above 100,000 in Marsho Madness.

This might be a bit hard but can be pulled of pretty fast if you don’t mess up your combos. Just stay calm and don’t press the wrong buttons. Combo is important. You might think you’re losing when you’re surrounded by a bunch of enemies taking up your whole screen but the beam bounces and can take out many in one shot. If you know you’re about to get damaged use your power up though.

  • Get a score of above 1,000,000 in Marsho Madness.

Same tips as Marshoburger only this is a lot harder. A big lot. Here’s a video of a guy getting the score needed for it if you’d like to watch it being done:
