Once you get the freeze gun this achievement is yours, freeze piggies and run up
to them to execute, as it recharges over time this is the best time for you,
though you can still get it normally through standard single player experience. |

Yeah as Katana says wait until you get the bfreeze ray in the Hoover Dam and the achievement offers itself to you. |
