Got this using the dropping down hammers not the swinging ones. Has to be 3 different hammers getting hit by one after the other in sequence. |

Nowhere to do this on Europe 3. Try America 5, on the backwards conveyor belt. |

The way I did it was on USA 4. Just got hit by one of the hammers on the conveyor belt and got continuosly hit three times...achievement popped! |

USA 5...backwards conveyor belt...got hit by hammer 1...respawn...go get hit by hammer 2...respawn...go get hit by hammer 3...ie. not the same one back to back.
