Some of these levels drove me nuts, even just on Hurt Me Plenty. Perfect Hatred was my fault though- I kept doing stupid things and falling into the lava. Got through on H.M.P., now trying U.V.. Hell Beneath was brutal (no health packs, are you kidding?), and made it through with 9 health. Perfect Hatred went better then on H.M.P. since I didnt fall as much, but still harsh.
