Introduction:
This game is fairly user friendly, based upon the fact that it is for kids. It is fairly straight forward when it comes to getting the 100%

Step 1: First Play through.
Upon starting up the game, you’ll only have 1 world that you can select, ‘Pirates of the Caribbean.’ Playing through that will earn you gold, which will help you unlock the other worlds. I’ll suggest playing through all 6 straight away, as it will get you 180, as well as getting most of the collectables and some other misc. achievements

Step 2: Repeating all levels.
Going back through all the levels a second time will allow you to get the rest of the costumes you’re missing and most of the remaining collectables.

Step 3: Champion of the Universe and Ultimate Cosmic Power.
You will have noticed when you finish a location (set of three levels) you get a score rating (bronze, silver and gold). You need to get gold on all levels, so, by replaying any that you still need to get gold in, you’ll be well on your way to getting that sweet 90. You may also need to get all costumes to level 4, by collecting those blue stars you find in a level. There’s usually 2-3 in each level, so I wouldn’t stress too much about missing one.

Provided you’ve got all the miscellaneous achievements (e.g. For The Win!, Richer Than McDuck, All Together Now) You should have the fairly easy 1000 for this entertaining game.

There are 40 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Complete all of the worlds.

This will come with natural story progression. Just complete all 6 worlds in the game and it’s all yours.

Note: DLC Levels don’t count towards this achievement.

  • Complete the Aladdin world.

    See ‘Saviour if the Universe!

  • Complete the Alice world.

    See ‘Saviour if the Universe!

  • Complete the Lion King world.

    See ‘Saviour if the Universe!

    See ‘Saviour if the Universe!

  • Complete the Pirates of the Caribbean world.

  • Complete the WALL-E world.

    See ‘Saviour if the Universe!

  • Get a Gold Grade for a world.

    See ‘Champion of the Universe’

  • Get a Gold Grade for all worlds.

You are more than likely to get this on your second play through of each location. Grades are based upon the enemies you’ve defeated, coins and stars collected, and challenges completed. (Respawns do not count.) It combines both of your playthroughs together to give you an overall score. It can also give you a gold ranking when you're looking at the location, even though you only scored a silver or bronze in the level.
Do this in every world and the achievement is yours.

  • Collect all of the World Collectables within one level.

    See ‘Compulsive Collector’

  • Collect all of the World Collectables within a location.

    See ‘Compulsive Collector’

  • Collect all of the World Collectables within a world.

    See ‘Compulsive Collector’

  • Collect all of the World Collectables in the game.

In each world there are 9 levels with 3 collectables in each. Collecting all of those collectable will give you this achievement.
Each world has a different type of collectable, for example, Pirates of the Caribbean – Ships in bottles, Alice – ‘Drink Me’ potions, etc.

    Collectables Guide!!

  • Purchase a costume.

    See ‘Dressed For Success!’

  • Purchase all of the costumes.

When you complete locations, you get a costume. For this achievement, you have to complete each location twice in order to get every costume. Buy them all, and its yours.

Note: DLC Costumes do not count towards this achievement.

  • Fully upgrade a costume.

    See ‘Ultimate Cosmic Power!’

  • Fully upgrade all of a world's costumes.

    See ‘Ultimate Cosmic Power!’

  • Fully upgrade all of the costumes in the game.

This one can be a bit of a grind. It requires you to collect three blue stars for every costume in the game.
There are usually a couple of blue stars throughout each location, so missing one shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Once you max out a character, pick a new one and keep going.
Note: DLC Costumes do not count towards this achievement.

  • Play 50 Challenges.

    See ‘For The Win!’

  • Win 50 Challenges.

Every time you see a game console, that’s a challenge. Playing and winning the challenge will earn you one point towards this. Don’t stress too much if you fail a challenge, there are plenty for you to play. If you do finish you’re second play through and you still haven’t got this achievement, keep playing the levels until you do, the challenges aren’t too difficult.

  • Defeat the Brute.

    See ‘Bad Dog!’

  • Dizzy!

    15

    Defeat Roto.

    See ‘Bad Dog!’

  • Defeat the Spawner.

    See ‘Bad Dog!’

  • Defeat the Bulldog.

These will come with story progression. These bad guys are bigger minions that take a lot more damage to defeat; they also deal out a lot too, so be careful if you’re trying not to die.

You’ll know if it’s a new one if the camera centre’s on him and it tells you his name.

  • Store 1,000 coins in the bank.

    See ‘Richer than a McDuck!’

  • Store 10,000 coins in the bank.

You have to have 10,000 coins in you bank, so try not to spend too much of it if you want this achievement early. You can usually get around 3,000+ from a single world, more if you don’t die etc. So it shouldn’t take too long before you can spend it all again.

  • Complete a level in multiplayer.

    See ‘All Together Now!’

  • Complete a level with 4 players.

This can be done with one person controlling all four controllers. Simply connect all four, pick a level and slowly move your characters through the level towards the goal and it’s yours.

  • Defeat 5 players in a single level.

This can be done at the same time as ‘All Together Now!’
Walk up to another player, press and walk over to the edge of the level. Press to throw them off and that’s one done. Rinse and Repeat 4 times and you’re done.

  • Defeat another player by throwing them.

    See ‘Playing to Win!’

  • Defeat 100 enemies.

    See ‘Anti-Virus’

  • Defeat 500 enemies.

This will come with natural story progression, so there’s no need to grind for it. I was able to complete this within the first location of my second world, which is by no means long at all.

  • Defeat an enemy whilst riding an animal.

Throughout your levels, you will see animals that you can ride around on. When enemies appear, jump on one of the animals and hit to attack. Upon killing an enemy, this will pop.

  • Defeat 5 enemies using a single Snowman power-up.

    See ‘Rapid Fire’

  • Defeat 5 enemies using a single Power Punch power-up.

    See ‘Rapid Fire’

  • Defeat 5 enemies using a single Medusa power-up.

    See ‘Rapid Fire’

  • Defeat 5 enemies using a single Shooter power-up.

When the Blue VIC cube is on the screen, it means you can get a power up. Getting the right one and killing 5 enemies with it will get you the achievements. These can also be obtained in the HEX challenges.

  • Transfer a curse to another player.

This achievement can also be gained alongside ‘All Together Now’.

When a red HEX cube pops up on the screen (which only comes up in multiplayer) you’ll get a curse. Some of them are transferable. In which case, run up to the other players and bump into them, giving you the achievement.

  • Complete a level without respawning.

This one can be quite tricky, but is not impossible at all. Be careful of enemies like the Roto and the Brute, as they do a lot of damage very fast. Any jumping you have to do, make sure you time them correctly so you don’t fall off the level. If you’re playing in multiplayer, try to avoid the HEX cube, as the curses generally kill you afterwards. One of the easiest levels to do it in is the first Pirate’s level. One you finish it, if you haven’t respawned, the achievement is yours.

  • Complete a level without using help arrows.

If you go into "Options" menu you’ll be able to turn the Help Arrows off, and then complete any stage. Once you've earned this achievement, return to the "Options" screen and turn the Help Arrows back on again, as they can be very helpful later in the game.
