This game is a fairly easy 1000 . The worst part of it is the repetitive nature of having to redo tracks a couple of times for the distance achievements and to purchase all the vehicles.

Introduction:
Welcome to Dirt. This game has a total of 49 achievements and requires two to three playthroughs plus a little Xbox Live action to get the full 1000 . One playthrough will net you most of the single player achievements without trying while the second and third will be needed for the distance achievements and to purchase the rest of the vehicles.

Step 1: Playthrough #1
This is the first part that will net you most of your achievements. I would play on the easiest difficulty for each race for two reasons. First, you can get used to the cars and maps, which will help you win in the long run, and second when you repeat the races you can pick the next higher level, which will net you more money for the cars. If you just complete all the tiers and win every race, you will automatically have around 600 .

Step 2: Playthrough #2
This is when you will need to do the three championships. The first two - European and International - are fairly quick, while the Global has five different stages, each of which each has five races, so it will take up some time. On each stage you need to have the overall fastest time compared to everyone else, so even if you lose one event and win the others you still can keep going.

Step 3: Clean Up
This part will be the most time consuming. You will need to do the full career again to achieve close to most of the miles you need for the 1000 Mile achievement while also earning the money to buy the rest of the vehicles. This will also be the time when you could go for some of the specific action achievements if you haven’t gotten them already in your first or second playthrough. Some of these achievements might include 20M Jump, Manual Transmission or Top Speed. Just check your achievements to see which ones you may be missing and follow the guide directions, they are all pretty much self-explanatory.

Step 4: Xbox Live
There are only three achievements to do on Live, and they are pretty easy. If you have a boosting partner it will be easier. To find a boosting partner, check the achievement trading thread HERE. First, I would do the Clean Race, just start up a player race and take your time and don’t hit anything. Next, go to a room that is doing a rally race and just win. Not too many people are playing so a partner would make this easier. Just get first in the race. Rinse, and repeat for Hill Climb.

Conclusion:
Easy as pie! If you haven’t gotten all the achievements just check to see what you need and work on it. Most of them will come naturally, but you might need to work on a few like Clean Race or Manual Transmission.
