![]() | Comment #4 by therealagent81 Tuesday, April 10, 2012 @ 05:32:26 PM This achievemnt isn't that bad since in this game now, you can continue the save file you had on hard that you had from normal. Basically, your "Dante" carries over from difficulties now, which makes this achievement much easier to obtain then in the orginal where you had to start a new game on each difficulty. It's great that I can start the game with maxed out health and the weapons I like instead of having to unlock them again. Hope this info helps some people! |
![]() | Comment #5 by Assapopulas Wednesday, April 11, 2012 @ 06:52:16 PM @4 I know that you could do this in 2-4 but did they add that to 1 in the collections? 1 is the only one that I haven't beaten on the collections. i did a while back on ps2 but I don't remember being able to carry over my Dante |
![]() | Comment #6 by AngelCakeTom Thursday, April 12, 2012 @ 05:12:03 AM @ #4 'What you talkin' bout Willis?' The origonal game on PS2 was based on unused data for Resident Evil 4. Thats why the game pays alot like resident evil. and If memory serves me correctly, Which i think it does. After beating DMC on normal, you just went Once again on the next difficulty, and you started the game with the sword 'Sparda' and any abilitys you purchased, making the game slightly more bearable. I mean theres a chance im wrong but im dan sure that was how the save's worked. |
![]() | Comment #7 by therealagent81 Wednesday, April 18, 2012 @ 10:49:02 AM @5: I know you can do it in the collection. I am at level 17 on DMD with my Normal Mode Dante, so you can keep jumping difficulties. You just can't change the difficulty until you beat the game. @6: I really don't understand where this tangent came from, but I know about DMC's Origin. I don't see what relevence that has to my comment, but I don't remember it in the original. I alway remember having to start a new game on the new difficulty. Of course, I was only 11 at the time DMC1 came out, so for all I know, I was just being a dumb kid and didn't realize it. Regardless, you can do it in the collection and that is great! |

![]() | Comment #10 by EmmSeeOne Tuesday, June 19, 2012 @ 04:33:47 PM The most difficult achievement in the collection. Perseverance and practice will help you get to the last boss. Mundus is incredibly difficult as there is no fixed attack pattern. He also varies in how passive or aggressive he is. I recommend farming at least 10 devil stars to make the first phase easy, as it is the last phase which is the most difficult, |

![]() | Comment #12 by Korva Sengir Friday, November 30, 2012 @ 08:37:19 AM Mundus actually seems to have a pattern with his attacks. Its not that difficult, just be sure to have a vital star on hand. |
