After Sarif says he sent you the emails, YOU MUST go back to your office and read every email. After you walk out of the office, Pritchard will start a brief dialogue with you. Then when you return to Detroit during the riots, the rest of this side mission will pop when you enter the convention center. |

Adam even says so in his message to Pritchard right after you exit that area. I don't think this is a glitch, so don't let it confuse you if youre trying to get Pacifist. |
