You can get this during "Corporate Warfare" side mission. After you get the data chip and return to Mengyao, ask her about what's inside the chip. Then use your CASIE augmentation (Social enhancement mod) and choose the "Charm" option. |

Did you make sure to hold LB. Hold LB and it gives you more options. I saved prior to talking to her got the social aug got the achievement then reloaded. |
