You automatically get the reward when you complete the contract. You can visit the faction vendor and purchase faction gear when you have saved up the required faction currency. Easiest way to find the faction vendor is to search the map for a fast travel and a couple vendor icons that are clumped together. I believe soleptor is on the east coast of the continent. |

Complete one Soleptor Enterprises daily contract for this achievement. Comment #2 right on the money - awards for completing a contract are automatically given. The rep system for Defiance is odd, however - if you spend your rep points at the store prior to maxing your reputation with the company you "loose" (really spend I guess) your rep.
Finally, for those just starting out daily & weekly contracts become available at EGO rating 250. |

FYI, with Patch 1.013 on May 2, 2013 the EGO rating required for daily contracts is being lowered to 175! |
