SPOILER
After you destroy the 3 Markers in the fight with the Boss Necromorph thing there will be a guy knelt down as soon as you return to reality shoot him or for the other just board the elevator and leave him there.
Reloading the checkpoint works but you have to redo the 3 Marker fight. |
