I found this easy to do on the really fat ones (the ones that blow up into little crawler critters if you hit the stomachs) cause they're really slow to get up, just use the alt-fire (RB) and when hes getting back up, super charge and aim for the head. Bingo. achievment |

I recommend saving, Respec your Contact Beam all the way for 5000 credits, Alt fire, stasis, kill before enemy stands up, works well on Dark Necromorphs. After you get the achievement, reload save so you can have your upgraded Contact Beam back. |

#6 hit the nail on the head. Use the contact beam in a completely un-upgraded form and look for the dark(elite) necro's because it will take two or more blasts to kill 'em. |

or if you do have it upgraded all the way just do it to a Brute. the "special" has a stasis blast with it so the brute stays down while you can blow off its arms in 1 or 2 shots. |

just use alt fire to knock em down then quickly shoot stasis at them then charge ur prim. fire and ding achivo. |

Yeah, I'm getting the same problem. I've upgraded it before going for the achievement, and it just kills even advanced Necros in once hit; they just disintegrate. >_>
I guess, as said above, we can respec. the power nodes in it to something else, then get the achievement, then put them back afterward. |

How do you use alt-fire? Do you neeed to fully upgrade it to use it and get the achievement? |
