I didn't get the achievement either. What I suggest is that at the last case, you also have a message to get TK some Zombrex. Instead of heading straight to kill Sullivan, try giving TK the Zombrex and see if you get an alternate ending. I'm almost positive this will unlock this achievement. |

The achievement never popped for me when I did all case files, gave TK the zombrex, and also killed sullivan and TK in the overtime. |

Yeah, i can confirm that you have to watch the credits to get this to pop... but at least they aren't that long. Not like assassin's creed... |
