When Case 3-2 is engaged, go to the Yucitan Casino and defeat the psychopath and obtain Snowflake. Snowflake is obtained by throwing three steaks in front of her and letting her eat them. Two is where the psychopath was, on the ledge and the other can be found on the other side of the Yucitan in the restaurant sitting on a table. Make sure when you throw the steaks in front of her, make sure you have a lot of distance. If she sees you before the steak, she will attack. By this time, you should have the scoop about the Italian chef in the food court. Once you tame Snowflake, go from the Yucitan to the food court and take down the chef. The first damage from Snowflake to the psychopath should get you this achievement.

Go to the Yucatan Casino and there should be a cutscene which will let you know this has been done correctly Throw it in her direction when you see her beginning to run at you, but DONT throw it directly at her or go near her when she is eating, she WILL get pissed. If done correctly she should slow down and begin eating the steak. REALIZE that she will not be facing where the steak is but the steak will disappear and her life will regain, after 3 steaks she shold be tame. AFTER this go save in the nearest bathroom. Now you wait or just do whatever the hell you want but dont escort snowflake. Around the time when Insecurity will end you should get a call for People like us. Thats the case for Chuck Pschopath, go out into the silver strip, go near h

If that happens, leave the steak on the ground and try to keep it between you and her. Also kind of keep your distance and she should come back and eat it. I don't know why they made it harder this time. It was a walk in the zombie-infested park in DR2....

Got it with chuck, the next psycho to show up. Also worth pointing out that snowflake can never be left behind when leaving a zone so if you get her early you won't be able to go back to the safe room without losing her.
