Meat and dairy were never good options anyway: you have to cook meat to make it worth anything, and who the fuck is going to pick up milk when there are clearly better choices around?

Capcom has said this is going to be a far more difficult game. They also said Frank will start out tougher but over all I think you might need more food than what you've suggested. I don't think it'll be any more difficult, just require more food.

Co-op and Sandbox mode are found to have screw a lot of people over in this achievement. I have tried my way through during my run of "Alpha vs. Omega" but my friend joined right before the military arrived and drank the whiskey and ate the hamburger on the Royal Flush rooftop. That might have screwed me over. :P

	Comment #34 by Dayv00 Wednesday, February 22, 2012 @ 11:44:48 PM OK i heard the reason why the achievement might not pop up is if you have saved a sandbox game on the same game slot that your current story mode, everything you consumed in sandbox will be considered as consumed in your current STORY mode so either save story and sandbox in different game slot or don't consume any meat, alcohol or dairy in sandbox until you get the achievement, And by the way i'm currently playing on story mode and i'm actually on case 4 so if anyone who wants to get this one msg me and maybe we can also work on defeating 5 psycho in co-op my GT is Dayv00

On my second playthrough I've been leveling up hardcore and only drinking oj. Military showed up no achievement...I'm guessing due to the cake. So to get this achievement do I have to delete everything, or just start a brand new game in say slot 3...meaning all my skills, life, etc will be back to the beginning? Even with the grief this isn't that frustrating because the story goes pretty quick in real time as opposed to DR1 that seemed to take forever to finish each run through.

That means you can't get a survivor drunk, tame Snowflake, create Molotovs and Dynameats, and bring vodka to Sven for his extra mission. If it involves meat,dairy or alcohol even in sandbox mode, save yourself the grief and do those related activities on a second playthrough.

I gave my 8 survivors plenty of alcohol to stay alive (kept the orange juice for myself), tamed snowflake AND got this achievement yesterday. I don' t know about doing stuff in sandbox mode on the same save slot, but just don' t consume any meat, diary or alcohol until the military arives (oh my god, who would' ve thought?) and you' re fine. What' s so hard about that?

A bit of me thinks it might have been a snack and food frenzy after the snipers shot me a lot that caused it. I made a second save on my way through and I haven't been into sandbox mode or had the co-op option on at any point. Mysterious.

I was doing the alpha vs omega run through as well. I gave Deynce,Meat,alcahol,and dairy. The achivement says I CANT CONSUME,I also did it on my save that has sandbox mode attached. Guess that fucked it up. I'm starting a new playthrough and erase one of my 3 save files. Fuck yet another playthrough of the awful story. Fuck the survivors this playthrough,including SNowflake.
