So you probably can do the same quest over and over and it technically would still go towards the achievement. If it was 75 different quests then it would simply say 'Complete 75 quests.' Seems the most likely guess anyway. |

I think by "cumulative" it just means it will count all playthroughs not "75 in a row". |
