im on a site with game info and there is a shock and torch mod so im thinking
somthing like borderlands but i have no idea |

This achievement is was easier to get than it sounds. A modified weapon is any weapon that has been upgraded. It doesn't have to be a weapon that you create from a blueprint. I can confirm I got this very early in the game. |

Simply upgrading a weapon didn't move the counter for me. Had to be a blueprint
mod at the workbench. |
