Obtain the Darkmoon Seance Ring from the Catacombs and head to the Darkmoon Tomb.
To get to the Darkmoon Tomb in Anor Londo, you have to push the lever of the revolving starcase to the bottom level and walk down the stairs to a bonfire.
Wear the DM Seance Ring and the statue in front of the bonfire will disappear. Walk down the staircase and go through the fog gate.
NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ACHIEVEMENT FOR FINDING THE BLADES OF DARKMOON ACHIEVEMENT DO NOT ENTER FOG GATE. INSTEAD FOLLOW THE DIALOGUE. |

Becareful on this boss, it likes to use magic. Run pillar-to-pillar when it casts Homing Missile. When it shoots the giant Blue Blast dodge roll. When you get close it will start throwing daggers in bursts. Or if you have a nice Magic defense shield use it. |

Very simple to beat:
Zig zag from pillar to pillar and hide from his soul arrows and dodge his huge soul blast thing, charge at him in zig zag formation when he pulls out his bow and starts shooting you, you can actually beat him without taking any damage if you do the zig zag technique correctly, even on NG+ and ++ he is easy to beat |

They aren't daggers, they're arrows. You can actually hear the twang of the bowstring and even see it if you're close enough when he uses them. |
