Your going to need 9 Titanite Shards to upgrade the weapon to +5. Then take the weapon to Vamos, blacksmith of the Catacombs, Give him the Flame and Chaos Embers and get him to upgrade the weapon the rest of the way, to go from +5 normal to +5 Flame you will need 10 Large Green Titanite Shards, then from +5 Flame to +5 Chaos will require 8 Red Titanite Chunks and 1 Red Titanite Slab.
The Embers are found in Demon Ruins, and you can find 4 green titanite here as well.
You can find 2 Red Titanite chunks and Red Titanite slab in Lost Izalith as well as @ Green Titanite Shards. If you get to Kiln of the First Flame you can kill Various Black Knights and they will drop Titanite Chunks and Red Titanite chunks, and just get killed and keep farming them from the Black Knights. |
