It says these are stackable, but I got this one w/out the 65% one. I don't think they are. |

If you get 100%, but they all don't unlock, just reload the last save, and finish the case again, and they will unlock.

Reloading did the trick; it's probably because they don't unlock at the same time (like the 3 for 150 GS messages), and probably run out of time at the end of the case to do further checks. Shoddy, but just try to reload and perform the last task once more. |
