You get this achievement towards the end of the case. You should start paying attention after you get the search warrant for Steve Tampson's room.
Search Tampson's room (collecting the towel and the divorce papers), then match up the thread from the cell phone to the towel.
After that, analyze the divorce papers (using the document analysis) to see what they actually say.
Next, go back to the interrogation room and ask the husband about the divorce papers. Afterwards he sends you a picture on Tampson wearing the ring.
Head back to the lab and match up the ring with the picture and BAM!! 35 GamerPoints. Pretty simple |

@#2 Your description is far superior to the one on the guide. It should specify that you must identify both pieces BEFORE you get the warrant, not before you interrogate him. |

Yeah, this is a better discription than the one on the walkthrough & roadmap. Why didn't the writer pay more attention when putting it online, now I can do this f*ckin' case again for that secret achievement. One of the most annoying game ever published. I curse Ubisoft! |

Thanks #2 I couldn't figure this out for the life of me.
Also examine the threads on x10 and just slide the one from the phone over a little for a easy match. |

Thank you #6. I couldn't get that thread to match with the towel.
So don't move the towel sample at all. (on 10X)
Just move the thread. You can reset, if you moved the towel already. |
