I just got this achievement and it does in fact count the ones that are already unlocked. That should save you guys a lot of trouble getting this achievement. |

No campaign ones dont count, theres a guide for what to do to unlock the special ones, but its not hard if you're going all the way to 50! |

This unlocked for me when I hit 150/256 dog tag displays at level 26. You already start with 60/256 so you should have this by level 26-30. |
