I have about 7 (by accident)... On Veteran I just cloaked up and ran through the game swithout much conflict and managed to clock them up on foot.

The walkthrough can also be found on LIve on one of their shows like IGN weekly or something like that. You have to get all 10 to get the ach.

	Comment #15 by I C U P GREEN Saturday, April 16, 2011 @ 09:32:56 AM 1- Opposite of the giant donut in Second Chance(in front of the CELL roadblock) 2- Path to JFK road upper level next to the blown up taxi in Sudden Impact 3- Unmissable, in the tunnel while driving the CELL tank in Road Rage 4- Left side of the sanctuary where you create the diversion in Gate Keepers 5- Unmissable, going up the ramp just before the the Ceph Heavy and the end of the level in Seat of Power 6- Upper level of the crumbling Highway in Semper Fi or Die(this one requires you to jump on a shipping container to an elevated patch of road, run and jump straght ahead and the camera should give you the ticket) 7- Left side of the CELL checkpoint right before the part where you defend and destroy the Ceph gunship in Train to Catch. Stay left! 8- Coming back up the street in Unsaf

There will be a propped up ammo box right below this one and a semi truck carrying shipping containers ahead of the camera with the container on the left falling off the back of the truck

	Comment #19 by gogoactionteam Thursday, May 12, 2011 @ 11:30:33 PM anyone know if you have to get the ticket and have to finish out the level or can you just go to replay the mission, get the ticket, then quit the mission? i missed the one in Second Chance and its a long mission with long cut scenes that cant be skipped so...dont want to have to sit through all those, quit out, and find out later that it didnt count.

The achievement is for getting speeding tickets at 10 different cameras. You can't just use the same camera 10 times. The thing popping up is the in game progress. You have to do all 10 different ones before you get the actual achievement.

I know it's not glitched because I just ran through the game on Supersoldier running around doing all sorts of crazy crap and I wasn't achievement hunting at all since it was my first playthrough. I remember when I got it though it was right before I met my first Ceph heavy.
