This one isn't all that hard. If you stealth up to any CELL operative and they detect you, the X button will pop up and tell you to grab. Go ahead and grab them and then click Right Trigger.
This should throw them about 15 feet away from you or so.
I don't think this achievement requires them to die but most of the time they do. |

Yeah do excatly as #1 says but you have to charge up your throw for it to register.
so make sure you have about 50% energy and hold RT until it charges and then throw 'em em at a wall or straight away or as i like to do,
Stealth up to them grap them and throw em off the nearest ledge onto some of his buddies. |
