To do this you will have to: Get agility orbs, Kill and enemy when you are really high up, (eg. a skyscraper) Complete rooftop races. Agility Orbs: Agility orbs are green and have a white man running when you touch it it will burst into lots of mini Agility Orbs and go into you. (The higher the Agility Orb the more Agility XP you will earn) Rooftop Races: To start a rooftop race you have to stand on a massive green circle for 3 seconds.

It helps you find ways to higher buildings and also enable you to kill a lot of the dossier targets easier. You can jump from a high building and land right in the middle of the target area, take them all out, then leave before the hit squads arrive!
