Maybe if they made them contain stuff about the story that you can actually read, or plans for the missions of Spec-Ops or some sort of tie-in.

Try doing mind the gap again and make sure you go through the station after the train crash, as at the beginning it says there are two but there are actually three. The third one is behind the counter as you go up the escalators.

After you wreck in the train, even though you are still in the same mission, you will see your intel reset to 0/1. The intel is up a set of escalators behind a counter. This is also shown in good detail by the video posted by #15.

If anyone is missing the 4th hidden intel on Persona Non Grata: after you (Yuri) loses control of the drone and has to make a run for it, take a left during the bombing. Look at the slide and it's on top. You don't have to climb it, just get close and hit X.

It was annoying in COD 4 and its still a tripe achievement today. I rather have a dozen 5 point achievements making me kill enemies on a certain level in a certain fashion. Just saying.

If you collect the intel after the crash in mind the gap, then press pause during Davis Family Vacation, it will say 1/1.
