The car chase in Bag and Drag is too hard. Too many people on the ground, when I'm already dealing with car tanks!!!

Right, I'm passed the car chase and on iron lady part 2, just before the bridge but for some glitchy reason I cant take down the two choppers across the water (but can the planes) any ideas??? Ive tried all three weapons and must be 50th attempt :( |
