I got the achievement when the credits started to roll after I shot him. After all it's more fun 2 kill people then it is putting them in jail :) |

As soon as I got the choice, I shot him (after what he had me do to Mason Sr. I didn't have a choice) and i got the achievement but am planning to do it again on a second account and was wondering if it mattered what I did but it doesn't look like the answer is very certain on here. Whatever I'll just kill him. Screw 'em YOLO. |

I shot him because a) I was pissed at him for making me kill Alex Mason. B) Karma died in my first playthrough because I tried to shoot menendez in Achilles veil and getting to china to come to your rescue is very specific and takes a while c) I didn't want woods to die. D) why would I let him live after all the shit he tried to pull |

There are a few choices throughout the game where you can kill or capture. I spared everyone and got it so maybe?? |
