You don't have to exit back to the main menu after completing the challenge, you can simply choose to restart the level.

Here is one way to quickly get this:

1. Set difficulty to Hard and select Survival 8.
2. Kill 1 wolf and let your character die.
3. Set the Challenge as:
- Kills: 1
- Score: 100
- Successful shots: 2
4. Exit and start the Challenge event.
5. Immediately shoot the arrow in front of you so it faces left.
6. Shoot two wolves (this will net you all three challenges).
7. Let the remainder of the wolves attack you until your character dies.
8. When the "Challenge Complete!" dialog comes up, select Restart Level.
9. Repeat until both achievements pop.
