Hmm, I got this, even though it said photo upload failed about 5 times out of the 20.
So I guess you don't actually have to have the upload succeed, just try it 20 times. |

Yes, you definitely do not need to have a successful upload for the photo to count toward the achievement. Failures count too! |

i got the achievement without uploading. i just kept clicking upload even though it said failed and it popped |
